The Cara Cara is a unique mutation of the Washington Navel, prized for its beautiful pinkish-red flesh. It is exceptionally sweet, with lower acidity than standard oranges and subtle flavor notes resembling cherry, rose petal, and blackberry. Like all navels, it is seedless and easy to peel. The tree is highly productive and features attractive, dark green foliage.
