The Eureka Lemon is the classic, tart, and highly acidic commercial lemon. It is incredibly vigorous and productive, bearing fruit year-round in coastal and mild inland areas of Southern California. Unlike the Meyer, it has a true, sharp lemon flavor that is perfect for cooking, baking, and making lemonade. The tree is nearly thornless and features beautiful bronze-purple new growth.
