Yuzu

Yuzu is a cold-hardy Japanese citrus that has taken the culinary world by storm. The fruit has a highly complex, intensely aromatic flavor that is a cross between a lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. Both the juice and the highly fragrant zest are used in sauces, dressings (like Ponzu), and cocktails. The tree is thorny and vigorous, but exceptionally cold-tolerant.
