Zutano is an upright, vigorous tree that produces pear-shaped fruit with thin, light green skin. While the fruit has a lower oil content and a milder flavor compared to Hass, the Zutano tree is incredibly valuable as a 'Type B' pollinator. Planting a Zutano near a 'Type A' tree like Hass can significantly increase your overall fruit yield.
